My Marley's World (18 months)

Marley (pointing out the window across the street): "Truck! Truck! Dada Truck! Dada Truck!"
(pointing towards the driveway at the minivan): "Momma Truck! Momma Truck!"

My Marley's World (17 months)

-Marley waved at and said "BYYEE!!" to her breadstick, then proceeded to take a big bite of it as she growled "OM!!"


-Mom: "Sing the daddy song!"
 Marley: "DADA DADA mumble mumble DADA!!"
 Mom: "Sing the mommy song!"
 Marley: "MOMMA MOMMA mumble mumble MOMMA!!"
... This will continue with ANY word I said (sing the puppy song, the shoe song, the chair song, etc)


-Marley can hear an airplane from a million miles away. She'll yell "AIRPLANE!! AIRPLANE!!", find it in the sky and then wave "BYYEE!!" (sometimes there is even goodbye kiss blown to the airplane "Muah!")


-We came home from church and Marley's blanket was hanging over the chair next to the door..
Marley: "HI BANKIE.. HIIII!!!" then walks over and kisses it.


Mom: "what does grandpa (lloyd) say?"
Marley: "ROAR!!!!"
